How much does it cost to hire a dessert or ice cream bar?
Every price is a quotation, because it depends on the number of guests, the hours, the bars you pick and the venue. Each bar starts at 35 servings, and the gelato and mini donut bars at 100. Send the quote form or WhatsApp 072 366 3890 with your date, venue and guest count and we will send you a quote.
Which areas do you cover?
We serve Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban and Cape Town, and travel further for bigger events. Ask us about your venue.
What comes with a bar?
The bar, the stock, the equipment and trained staff to serve your guests. We set up before the party starts and pack everything away afterwards. Each bar serves for up to 5 hours, longer on request.
Can the bars go outside?
Yes. Our bars work indoors or outdoors: halls, gardens, marquees, school fields and malls.
Which bars work best for a kids party or school day?
For birthdays we suggest candyfloss, popcorn, Belgian waffles, mini donuts, a sweet bar or slush. For school days: waffles, popcorn, candyfloss, hot dogs, slush or chip and dip. You can book more than one bar for the same day.
How far ahead should we book?
Ideally one to two weeks before your event. Busy months fill up sooner, so book earlier then, and ask us anyway if your date is close.
Can the bar carry our branding?
Yes. Bars can be branded for brand activations, school colours or a party theme. Branding is an optional extra at an additional charge.
